At the end of last year I had the pleasure of shooting a maternity portrait session with Pim and her husband Matt at one of the most breathtaking locations I’ve ever been to. It was an early start for us to catch first light at Bombo Quarry ( I think I got up at 4:30 for a 5:15 arrival), but it was so worth it to photograph Pim and Matt in this surreal otherworldly seascape, with the most beautiful sunrise light. I had a blast going for a little adventure with these two (and their little bean) around the quarry.

It felt extra special to me being able to be document a little bit of Pim’s pregnancy because I was about 12 weeks pregnant at the time.

More sunrise portrait sessions please!
